In-service Training series

The in-service training courses for teachers run by the Education Department of Satyanadashram Hellas aim to inform, train and upgrade the skills and knowledge of all those trained in the Satyananda Yoga system.
New topics are regularly introduced on specialised and in-depth studies pertaining to the various branches of yoga.
This year, after the In-service Training Course, we will introduce a wider field of specialised topics that will address both new and more experienced instructors and teachers to further assist them in enriching and expanding their knowledge. Newly qualified instructors from Greece and abroad who have attended a Satyananda Yoga Instructors Course are encouraged to attend all three of these courses.

2) Systems of the physical body in general and the musculoskeletal system:

3) Common diseases: Sat 21st - Sun 22nd April 2012
(a selection from diseases and ailments such as asthma - diabetes - heart disease - hypertension - back pain - depression etc., and how the practices of yoga can be of assistance)

Satyananda Yoga Teachers and Instructors
Satyananda Yoga teachers hail from a diverse range of backgrounds and professions. They have successfully assimilated into many areas of therapy and education in modern society. To accommodate the ever-expanding network of teachers who are trained in the Satyananda method, there are three groups that Satyananda yoga teachers and instructors in Greece belong to, namely:

SATT - Satyanandashram Teachers Team
SYCT - Satyananda Yoga Centres Teachers Team
HSYTN - Hellenic Satyananda Yoga Teachers Network

To ensure that the highest teaching standards are maintained, we encourage our teachers and instructors to attend as many in-service programs as they can manage.
